Dr Kathlyn Hanasy

Meet Kathlyn, our principal dentist since 2003, building upon Dr John Fisher’s 30-year legacy of exceptional care. Kathlyn is committed to maintaining high standards and offers gentle, comprehensive, and advanced dental services. With a passion for proactive oral health, she excels in transforming smiles through bonding, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry.

Beyond the clinic, Kathlyn is a devoted mother of two boys, her adventurous spirit leading her outdoors – hiking steep ridges, savouring sunsets, and biking through bushlands with her family.

Dr Nathan (Napat) Sombunya

Qualifications: Bachelor of Dental Surgery Languages spoken: English and Thai.

Nathan's journey in dentistry began with his graduation from the University of Otago in 2009. Following his postgraduate year in Auckland, he ventured to Singapore, seeking to enrich his skills in wisdom tooth removal, implantology, root canal therapy, and cosmetic dentistry. Upon returning to Christchurch in 2014, Nathan's dedication to excellence led him to Pathway Dental in 2017. Now, in 2023, he calls Brisbane home, contributing his expertise to Baybreeze Dental Care in Cleveland. At Baybreeze, Nathan offers a comprehensive range of services, from Implants and One-day Crowns to Oral surgery, Spark Aligners, and General Dentistry. Clients praise Nathan for his kindness, patience, and attentive nature, as he goes the extra mile to address their concerns and ensure their comfort.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but on this occasion I was so pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this place that I just had to write something. Normally I’m very apprehensive about visiting the dentist. But Dr Hanasy was actually very gentle and had a remarkable way of calming my fears and even making me feel relaxed, something I didn’t think possible.
